Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Cardavo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Cardavo is intended for users aged 16 or older.

2. The Service

Cardavo is a digital business card. You create a card with your professional information and share it with other users through your username. When you update your card, the new version becomes automatically available to the users who added you.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account and the device used to access it secure. Usernames are unique: choose one that does not infringe third-party rights or impersonate another person or company. We may reclaim or disable usernames that violate these Terms.

4. Your Content

Your card information (name, job title, company, logo, phone, email, address) is provided by you. By publishing it on Cardavo, you represent that you have the right to use it — including the company logo — and you grant us a limited license to store and display it to the users you connect with, solely to operate the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) publish false information or impersonate others; (b) use the Service for spam, harassment, or improper collection of other users' data; (c) attempt to access third-party accounts or data; (d) interfere with the Service or circumvent its security measures; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. Remember: the information you put on your card is visible to the users who add you.

7. Termination and Account Deletion

You may close your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your card, your username, and your connections from our servers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information published by users, nor for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
