Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Sign-up data: the identifier of the Apple or Google account used to sign in and, if you authorize it, your name and email.
• Card data: the name, job title, company, logo, phone, email, and address that you fill in yourself.
• Contact network: the list of users you add.

2. How we use data

We use your data solely to operate Cardavo: to authenticate you, to display your card to users who add you, and to keep your contact list up to date. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Sharing

Your card information is shared only with Cardavo users who add your username. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.

4. Storage

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers (Cloud Firestore), in the São Paulo region (southamerica-east1). Access is protected by security rules: your full card (phone, email, address) can only be read by connections you approved; search sees only your name, company and username.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, and delete your data at any time within the app (card editing and account deletion). For other requests under applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR or Brazil's LGPD), contact us at the email below.

6. Data deletion

Using Settings → Delete account permanently removes your card, your profile, your username and all your connections from our servers, and deletes your sign-in account. For accounts created with Apple, the access token is also revoked with Apple.

7. Children

Cardavo is not intended for users under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
